Il programma nel dettaglio

You will need a good half-day to visit the Versailles estate without hurrying. The eponymous castle, which dates back to the 17th century, was first a hunting lodge, then a seat of power before becoming a museum in the 19th century.

Thanks to the official audioguide, included in this offer, discover all the historical and architectural secrets of the castle! With your "skip the line" ticket, you will be able to avoid the long queues and fully enjoy your day at the Sun King's estate.

The ticket includes entrance to the royal apartments, the famous Hall of Mirrors with its 357 mirrors, and the many rooms of the Palace open to visitors. You will admire the King's gardens with its fountains designed by André Le Nôtre, Louis XIV's principal gardener. Then, continue your walk in the gardens of the estate and discover its mythical alleys, where, centuries ago, the Kings and Queens of France used to stroll quietly.

Your 1-day passport ticket also gives you the right to visit the Trianon, an annexed domain made up of two palaces and the Queen's famous hamlet, where Marie-Antoinette liked to hide to escape the pressure of the court. You will also have access to the carriage gallery, located on the other side of the main square, to observe the magnificent means of locomotion of the 18th century royalty.
