Il programma nel dettaglio

City Hall, Vasa Museum, ferry, and tram. Key ingredients in our Stockholm Highlights pro-… wait for it, -gram. Oh wait, you want more? Tag along with your private guide to see all the “best-ofs” that Stockholm has to offer locals and visitors alike.

Let’s start with the Stockholm City Hall! Sitting like a swan on a lake, this brick masterpiece is nothing short of jaw-dropping. A place for weddings, political discussions, galas and graduations, the building itself is alive and has gathered a repertoire of stories waiting to be shared. Hear why the Blue Hall is, in fact, not blue and how many council members it takes to make a decision.

Skipping across the bridge to the Island of Nobility, we say hello to a quieter part of the city centre that may sadly be missed by many. The neighbouring island is the Old Town, historical hotspot of the city. Trust us when we say it’s missed by no one. We’ll show you the in’s and out’s, navigating around the groups of people all waiting to see the main attractions on the island: The Royal Palace, the Stockholm Cathedral and Stortorget (“The Main Square”).

Winding our way down cobblestone streets, we’ll appear on the shore of the harbour, where we pick up one of the public ferries to Djurgården and the Vasa Museum. Whether your jaw dropped or not at the Stockholm City Hall (we hope it did!), we guarantee it here! What’s not awe striking about a Swedish warship that spent 333 years under water and is nearly completely original?!

If you find that your curiosity leaves you wanting to explore more of the museum, you’re welcome to choose to stay and end the tour inside the Vasa Museum otherwise from here we jump on the tram to finish our Stockholm Highlights program. Are you ready for the exam?! (Just kidding!.

Please note: Part of this tour takes place in areas where you will have to walk on cobblestones. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes.

Due to a large number of events, partial or full closure of the City Hall can take place.
