AquaDom & SEA LIFE Berlin

The AquaDom & SEA LIFE Berlin offers exciting insights into the wonderful world of oceans in a unique way. We take you on fascinating journey through the underwater world!

5.000 dazzling creatures in 37 lifelike fresh and saltwater pools can be discovered in the AquaDom & SEA LIFE. A Highlight is the themed exhibition 2017 ‘Jurassic Seas’ with a spectacularly animated replication of a plesiosaur on a digital video wall. Our experts create an unforgettable experience with interesting background information and entertaining lectures as well as with daily feedings. The highlight of your visit is the ride in a glass elevator through the AquaDom – the world’s largest, freestanding, cylindrical aquarium with 1 million litres of saltwater and a coral riff with 1.500 tropical fish.



Jurassic Seas – Discover the prehistoric times

Dive into the depths of the prehistoric underwater world and meet equally strange and wonderful sea dwellers who have even survived the dinosaurs. Discover a spectacular skeleton of a plesiosaur and some of the world’s best marine fossils from extinct primeval creatures. You are exploring still living creatures like horse shoe crabs, nautilus and other primeval dwellers. Find out how the sea dinosaurs lived with our interactive video wall.

Little BIG City Berlin

Located at the foot of the iconic TV Tower, Little BIG City brings to life Berlin’s rich history in beautifully crafted 3D miniature sets reinvented on a new and BIGGER scale. In just under an hour you can experience Berlin through seven periods of time, from the birth of the city right up to modern day Berlin. You’ll see a magnificent cityscape of Berlin through time and discover the little stories behind the big events that shaped the city.

Take part in a miniature medieval ring race; pick your favourite cabaret act to perform on stage for you in the Golden age of the Weimar Republic; witness Berlin in the world changing year of 1933 – the burning down of the Reichstag. See the rise and the fall of the Berlin Wall and have a go at tearing down the wall yourself. And hear the chorus of Berlin today as we celebrate this fantastic city in a light, music & projection show-stopping finale. Get closer to history than ever before at Little BIG City Berlin.
