Journey with us to the magical medieval village of Mazzano Romano. Off the beaten track in the Roman countryside you will find a farm abounding with fresh vegetables, spices and eggs, where you will pick up all of the ingredients which are necessary to create the menu you’ll be preparing in a cooking lesson. From appetizers to the first course, second course and dessert, the chef will teach you the preparation of a delightful and traditional Italian meal!

The tour takes you away from the busy city centre and to the much quieter and much more quaint countryside of Rome, into Fabio Bongianni’s medieval mansion which is situated by a gigantic forest. The chef on hand to provide the cooking lesson will encourage your creativity throughout the experience whilst also sharing with you her culinary secrets on the process of creating some of Italy’s most famous classic dishes.

After your hands-on lesson, you will be given complimentary wine to eat along with the meal you have created, which you will be able to eat in the picturesque setting of the medieval mansion and the nearby forest. You will be fascinated and amazed by the fantastic dishes you have come to create yourself courtesy of the cooking lesson. This tour is perfect for those who want to go deeper into the secrets and tricks of the renowned cuisine of Italy and who are game to learn how to cook some of it for themselves under the watchful eye of a real Italian chef.
