This tour will show you all about the Jewish heritage in Amsterdam and the legacy it has left. We visit the Gassan Diamond factory, the Jewish Historical Museum, the Portuguese Synagogue and Anne Frank House so that you can discover Amsterdam’s rich Jewish history.

We start the tour in the heart of the Jewish quarter, at the Gassan Diamond factory so that you can learn all about how the diamond industry was brought to the city. We visit and share some the factory’s secrets, all accompanied by a welcome drink. Next we head over to the Portuguese Synagogue, still in use today, it is a real city secret and remains a somewhat mysterious building for many visitors, but you’re bound to be surprised by its stunning 17th century beauty.

From here we visit the Jewish Historical Museum, where Jewish history, culture and religion are the main focus, including over 13,000 works of art, ceremonial items and historical artifacts. You’ll have time to explore on your own before we drive over to the Anne Frank House: now a memorial site for all the Jewish people who suffered during the Second World War. With skip the line access, you can head straight inside to discover Anne Frank’s emotive story, and this is where your guide will say goodbye so that you can visit the museum at your own pace and leisure.
