Step into the Ontario Science Centre and be a scientist for the day, learning about everything from geology to anatomy, astronomy to biology. The mission at the Ontario Science Centre is to delight, inform and challenge visitors through engaging and thought-provoking experiences in science and technology, and they certainly live up to their promise, with hundreds of interactive exhibits bringing science and technology to life in a beautiful building. It's an ideal day out for anyone who loves science and technology, and Children will love the hands-on approach and special children's exhibits.

The museum recently celebrated its 40th anniversary as one of Canada's most famous attractions, with new exhibitions, science demonstrations, interactive experiences and events. The building also houses a massive Imax Dome, offering fantastic documentaries and other films on a scale that will overwhelm your senses. Children will love KidSpark, a learn-through-play space for the under-eights to discover the wonderful world of science. Build a rollercoaster, blow the biggest bubbles you've ever seen, or experiment with recording music.

The museum hosts scientific discussions as well as live research that visitors can participate in. Exhibitions focus on the potential and limits of the human body, hair-raising encounters with electricity and an opportunity to discover the living earth, meeting snakes, giant cockroaches and poison dart frogs.
