The Space Center is the official visitor centre of the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, the NASA centre dedicated to human spaceflight.



The Downtown Aquarium is home to more than 200 species of aquatic animals and is located is a complex that merged the former Fire Station No. 1 and the Central Waterworks Building. The Houston Museum of Natural Science is located on the border of Hermann Park. The museum was established in 1909 and is one of Houston’s most popular attractions. The complex comprises one central building with four floors of natural science exhibits, Burke Baker Planetarium, Cockrell Butterfly Center and the Wortham Giant Screen Theater.



The Houston Zoo is located within Hermann Park and houses more than 6,000 animals from over 900 species. The zoo receives 1.8 million visitors each year and is the tenth most visited wildlife park in the United States. Alternatively you can visit the Museum of Fine Arts in the heart of the Museum District.



Lastly, you can choose between the Children’s Museum of Houston for some family fun, or the Kemah Boardwalk All day Ride Pass which gives you access to the year round summer fair.
