Go back in time to a Dubai of decades past. Enjoy a morning or evening tour, at either of two levels, as you're escorted into the desert in either a museum quality 1950s Land Rover or a luxury Mercedes G-Wagon.

No other vehicles offer a more authentic desert experience to spot exotic local wildlife within the pristine boundaries of Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.

Experience desert life before modern developments came to the region. From the comforts of a 1950s Land Rover, spend your morning, learning local, time-honoured recipes, before enjoying a scrumptious breakfast. For the evening, take the opportunity to watch the sun dip below the horizon as a falcon soars overhead. Learn about the local culture with demonstrations on henna tattoos, music, dance and bread and Arabic coffee making. Have a delectable dinner beneath the stars in a Bedouin camp, lit with the gentle flames of traditional lamps. If you wish to upgrade your desert experience, we offer you the morning or evening tour on the platinum level. In the safety of a Mercedes G-Wagon, hear fascinating tales from a local Bedouin.

In the morning, you'll be professionally guided through the reserve and have the opportunity to spot exotic local wildlife. Upon return to your exclusive camp, learn local recipes, before having a tasty breakfast. In the evening, enjoy a falcon demonstration and a fabulous sunset photo stop, before dining in a private set-up in the rolling sand dunes.
